In this thought-provoking talk, Dr Min Shen will explore why human language learning remains irreplaceable despite AI’s impressive capabilities. She is a Lecturer of Mandarin and Intercultural Communication at UBD and serves as the Deputy Director of the UBD Language Centre, where she supervises the education of various European and Asian languages. Dr. Shen is a leading authority in advancing language programs and educational strategies nationwide. Additionally, she provides expert consultancy to government agencies and multinational enterprises. Her extensive research and publications in English, Chinese, and Malay highlight her dedication to language education and intercultural understanding.
